Used Original Sachs Balboa 505-1A Moped Engine. This low mileage engine was removed from a good running Sachs Balboa moped and internals have been inspected and confirmed in excellent condition without noticable issues. This is a bolt-in-and-go relpacement Balboa moped engine that includes carb, magneto/flywheel assembly, decompression valve, choke cable and starter cable. This engine can also be used with other Sachs 505 powered mopeds but you may need to change out the magneto. The 505 series moped engines have the pedal shaft as an internal component as compared to the 504 series that required an external pedal shaft. The 1A is the designation given to the engine that represents a single speed transmission an a 25 mph cylinder assembly.
